How to Read the Stake Sale
Early-stage venture investors selling down stakes in a company that has since listed is a common, expected pattern reflecting funds returning capital to their own investors not necessarily a signal on the company's prospects. The scale and frequency of sales through 2026, however, mean a meaningful share of Groww's free float has now passed from original venture backers to public-market buyers.
